Zubora 6000 H EP is inhibited against the formation of nitrosamines, which means that even if there are any secondary amines and nitrites (e. g. through foreign carry-over), no stable nitrosamines can be formed. Therefore, in case of exceeding the limit value for nitrite according to TRGS 611, it is not necessary to make
a partial or complete change of the emulsion.

Zubora 6000 H EP is suitable for most difficult machining processes like e. g. deep hole drilling, reaming, thread forming, grinding, thread cutting, milling/hobbing, drilling (pocket hole drilling with guiding beads), turning and sawing. The product is especially recommended for machining high-strength steels and aluminium.
The necessary working concentration depends on the difficulty of the operation and the material.
Recommended hardness of the preparation water:
12 to 24° dH (210 - 430 ppm CaCO3).
Grinding: 5 - 8 %
Most difficult
metal cutting processes: 8 - 10 %
