Zubora 5000 H Ultra is inhibited against the formation of nitrosamines, which means that even if there are
any secondary amines and nitrites (e. g. through foreign carry-over), no stable nitrosamines can be formed. Therefore, in case of exceeding the limit value for nitrite according to TRGS 611, it is not necessary to make
a partial or complete change of the emulsion.

Zubora 5000 H Ultra is suitable for most difficult processes like e. g. deep hole drilling, reaming, thread forming, cold thread forming, thread cutting, milling/hobbing, drilling (pocket hole drilling with guiding beads), turning and sawing of steel and aluminium.
The necessary working concentration depends on the difficulty of the operation and the material.
Recommended hardness of the preparation water:
12 to 24° dH (210 - 430 ppm CaCO3).
Most difficult metal cutting processes: 8 - 10 %
