Multidraw CU UNI S is a high-performance copper wire drawing lubricant concentrate, specifically designed for use in coarse and medium wire drawing operations.
Multidraw CU UNI S offers exceptional flexibility, covering a broad range of wire diameters from 8 mm
to 0.1 mm. This makes it a cost-effective solution for diverse production requirements.
The product is characterized by outstanding lubrication, effectively reducing friction and heat generation during the wire drawing process. This results in improved wire surface quality and extended tool life.
Multidraw CU UNI S has a low foam tendency, ensuring smooth and stable operation of the wire drawing machines.
This is particularly important for maintaining uniform lubrication and extending machine maintenance intervals.

Multidraw CU UNI S is a highly versatile solution that covers a wide range of wire diameters. As a result, it reduces the need to keep multiple products in stock, optimizing inventory costs.
Especially in production environments where smaller batches or a wide range of wire diameters are required, Multidraw CU UNI S is the ideal choice. It delivers reliable performance in both large-scale production and small runs.

The product is compatible with all common wire drawing machines, requiring no special adjustments. This makes it easy to integrate into existing production systems.

The recommended operating temperature of the emulsion is between 35 °C and 40 °C.

Filtration: Practicable with all current paper belt filters.

Rod break down:        10 - 17 %
Intermediate drawing:   4 -   8 %

a)   Determination of the part of the water-miscible cooling lubricants separable with acid according
to DIN 51 368 (testing apparatus for drilling oil, separation by hydro-chloric acid).

b)   with refractometer:  Factor 1.1

The concentrate dissolves to a stable emulsion by pouring it continuously into water (temperature
range approx. +10 °C to approx. +35 °C) and by stirring.
