Multidraw CU GWZ is a highly effective additive for continuous annealing in copper wire drawing, suitable
for both bare copper wires and wires that are tinned, galvanized, silver-plated, or brass-plated. The product
is specifically designed to optimize the quality and efficiency of the annealing process.

Multidraw CU GWZ provides excellent corrosion protection for the treated wires and reliably prevents tarnishing, which is particularly important during further processing and storage. This helps maintain
the wires quality and appearance.

The product also acts as an efficient lubricant, facilitating the easy unwinding and rewinding of the wires. Multidraw CU GWZ can be used in very low concentrations, leading to a cost-effective application without compromising performance.

a)  Determination of the part of the water-miscible cooling lubricants separable with acid
according to DIN 51 368 (testing apparatus for drilling oil, separation by hydro-chloric acid)

b)  with refractometer:  Factor 0.9

This special admixture dissolves to a stable emulsion by pouring it continuously into water
(at a temperature range of approx. +10 °C to approx. +35 °C) and by stirring or circulating.
