Textol TS ISO 46 meets all requirements according to DIN 62 136-1 for neelde and sinker oils based on mineral oil.

Textol TS ISO 46 is a semi-synthetic needle and sinker oil for knitting machines for hosiery and flat knitting machines with higher thermal and mechanical loads. Due to its high viscosity index the product is less affected by temperature-related viscosity variations. Thus, an easy start-up of the cold machine and a reliable lubrication even with higher working temperatures are ensured.
Textol TS ISO 46 lubricates even at peak temperatures, with no occurrence of so-called seizures. Due to the synthetic components the friction forces in the machines are being reduced and the temperature is lowered, which contributes to a prolongation of lifetime of needles and sinkers.
Textol TS ISO 46 is perfect for precise application using pump and spray lubrication systems.
