Textol WX ISO 22 is a needle and sinker oil for use on modern large circular knitting machines (single and double cylinder machines). Thanks to its excellent lubricating effect, the service life of needles, sinkers and cam parts can be significantly extended.
Textol WX ISO 22 is perfect for precise application using pump and spray lubrication systems.
Textol WX ISO 22 lubricates even at peak temperatures, without the occurrence of so-called seizures.
During the development of this needle and sinker lubricant, particular attention was paid to the washability in the subsequent equipment. This means that superior washing results can be achieved with Textol WX ISO 22 even with low surfactant concentrations and short treatment times. Disturbances in subsequent dyeing and finishing processes are thus reduced to a minimum.
