Zeller+Gmelin at the Battery Show from June 3 – 5, 2025

From June 3 to 5, we will be presenting our latest developments in the areas of thermal management for battery systems and sustainable lubricants for forming technology and sheet metal working on a 27 m² stand in Hall 6, Stand G41.

The demands placed on modern battery systems are constantly increasing – both in terms of efficiency and longevity. To meet these challenges, Zeller+Gmelin has developed a range of advanced thermal management products. These include silicone-free gap fillers for battery systems, high-performance coolants for the direct cooling of batteries and specially tailored solutions for the temperature control of PEM fuel cells. The company also offers innovative solutions for cooling circuits in vehicles and charging stations. “Our thermal management products improve heat dissipation and help to significantly increase the service life and performance of battery systems and power electronics,” explains Christian Stapper, Product Manager at Zeller+Gmelin.

Efficient cooling with Divinol Thermosure

The Divinol Thermosure product range from Zeller+Gmelin includes high-performance cooling and gap filler solutions for the thermal optimization of battery systems and fuel cells. These products ensure reliable temperature regulation and protect against overheating.

One exhibit in Stuttgart is the dielectric coolant Divinol Thermosure BCF 10, which was specially developed for direct battery cooling by immersion. With a thermal conductivity of 0.136 W/mK at 60 °C, it ensures efficient heat dissipation. In addition, the silicone-free Divinol Thermosure GF28-27 is available for battery systems and power electronics, which has a high thermal conductivity of 2.8 W/mK. It is particularly suitable for automated application and enables precise and efficient application.

Ready for immediate use in vehicles and charging stations

The company is also presenting glycol-based coolants, including Divinol Thermosure FC 40 for the temperature control of PEM fuel cells. For applications that require a blue-colored solution, Zeller+Gmelin also offers the ethylene glycol-based Divinol Thermosure EG Blue. This coolant was developed with optimized copper compatibility and is available as a ready-to-use ready-mix.

Sustainable lubricants for forming technology and e-mobile production

Another focus at the trade fair will be on innovative lubricants for forming technology and sheet metal working, which have been specially designed to meet the requirements of electromobility production. These ensure outstanding lubrication performance while at the same time conserving resources. “Our sustainable speciality lubricants are designed to make metalworking processes more efficient and environmentally friendly,” emphasizes Christian Stapper.

The experts will also be presenting comprehensive metalworking solutions and cleaning media for the production of cylindrical and prismatic cell housings for electrified vehicles. “From initial forming and cutting to subsequent cleaning and preservation, we can provide the entire portfolio of products for the manufacture of these cell housings,” explains Christian Stapper. In addition to forming and cutting oils, the product range also includes cleaners, hot melts and lubricating greases, which are used in steel and aluminum plants worldwide. “We are looking forward to presenting our latest technologies to trade visitors at the Battery Show,” he adds. At stand G41 in hall 6, they can get to know the future of thermal management in e-mobility.”
